Refurbishment of 13th Century Grade 1 Listed Almshouse building, consisting of remodelling 6 almshouse flats within the nave of the building creating 4 self-contained flats, with underfloor heating, modern bathrooms and kitchens. It also involved opening up parts of the fabric previously concealed, and included reforming a number of historic windows built over during previous generations. The external fabric was refurbished with structural repairs to the roof undertaken, stone and brickwork repointing and repairs, a complete replacement of the roof covering and a new central heating and hot water system for the whole Almshouse complex also being provided.
